The Planning Committee is made of 5 permanent councillor members, however any WVPC councillor may act as a substitute if required.
The Planning Authority for this area is Vale of White Horse District Council, this Parish Council, including Planning Committee are not able to give planning advice. Any resident or developer seeking planning advice should do so directly with the VoWHDC as the Planning Authority, please note they do charge a fee for this service.
Future Meeting Dates:
Generally meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month (Not December) at the District Centre, 1 Gentian Mews, Didcot. Where there are no planning applications to discuss, the meeting will be cancelled.
